To measure the twisted length of sheathed cables

Device details:

  • The length of the twisted sample is measured without removing the sheath, to ensure an accurate measurement
  • Traditional methods manipulate the sample (stripping/unwinding of conductors) meaning precise measurement is no longer possible
  • Measuring accuracy: 1 mm
  • Via an optional PC connection, measurement results can be exported directly
  • Fully automatic: at the push of a button, the measuring sensor automatically moves along the sample
